What's the difference between the Medium and Medium Hybrid feels?
Will a TEMPUR-Adapt® mattress fit in my existing bed frame?
All of our mattresses and power bases are designed to be used with most modern bed frames. However, they may not fit inside antique bed frames or other non-standard furniture. If you’re concerned about compatibility, please measure the inside of your current bed frame and compare the measurements with our mattress size specifications.
Do I need to rotate my new Tempur-Pedic® mattress?
No, you do not. Our mattresses feature a top side designed specifically for sleeping, so you’ll never have to face the backbreaking task of flipping or rotating.
What are the best sheets to use with a Tempur-Pedic® mattress?
Most sheet sets are compatible, but we recommend checking the pocket depth of the fitted sheet to ensure it will properly cover your mattress. To guarantee a perfect fit, you can also purchase our sheet sets designed specifically to use on Tempur-Pedic mattresses. These premium combed cotton sheets feature patented DreamFlex™ bands that hold tight all night long, and Firstfit® straps that help you secure the fitted sheet on the mattress correctly the first time.
Do Tempur-Pedic® mattresses “sleep hot”?
This is a common question and misconception, but sleeping warm on a Tempur-Pedic® mattress is not an issue for most of our customers. The open-cell structure of TEMPUR® material is superior to ordinary memory foam and provides increased comfort and breathability. In addition, the high-performance fibers of the TEMPUR-Adapt’s outer layers provide cool-to-touch comfort.
However, if you feel that sleeping hot is a problem you experience frequently, you may want to consider one of our TEMPURbreeze° mattresses, which features groundbreaking technology to help you sleep up to 8 degrees cooler all night long.
Could you explain the 10-Year mattress warranty?
Simply put, for a full decade after you purchase your new Tempur-Pedic®, if the mattress has a defect covered under the warranty guidelines, Tempur-Pedic® will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress. Note that there are certain circumstances that will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty, including inappropriate foundation use and physical damage.
