120-DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE

We here at Mattress Kings always wish to ensure that our customers are always comfortable with their desired mattresses. If the mattress is not up to your standards, then we offer a 120-day Comfort Guarantee, where a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE will be allowed. When exchanging your mattress, if you choose a mattress of equal price, then it will be given to you, free of charge. If you choose to get a mattress of a higher price, then you must pay the difference. If you choose one that is a lower price, you will not be granted a refund for the difference nor will you be given in-store credit. Special orders, box springs/foundations, adjustable bases, frames, clearance items, floor models, mattress protectors, pillows, furniture, or accents (rugs, lamps, mirrors, etc.) are exempt from our 120-Day Comfort Guarantee. Only one exchange is allowed per transaction. Ongoing sales and promotions will not be honored during the exchange. Any stains, soils, or removal of Law Tag will void the Comfort Guarantee and Manufacturer warranty; any transportation charges will be forfeited.

DELIVERY POLICY

A minimum delivery charge of $149.99 is applied to all transactions. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations on the date of delivery are subject to a 20% Cancellation Fee before you receive the merchandise. Once the merchandise is accepted, no refunds will be given; only comfort and warranty exchanges will be honored. Special Orders are non-cancellable. Special orders may take up to 21 days for delivery (Excluding Weekends). Layaways Orders are non-refundable.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All manufacturer warranty claims are subject to a $49.99 inspection fee. If the manufacturer warranty is approved, a transportation fee of $149.99 is applied. The manufacturer warranty does not cover inspection fees or transportation fees. For all warranty claims customer MUST show proof of purchase. (ALL WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURER). Mattress kings are only retailers and do not give warranties. (Any stains, soils, or removal of Law Tag will void Manufacturer Warranty). After 30 Days customers have to refer to the manufacturer for warranty issues

ADJUSTABLE BASES

Adjustable bases are exempt from our 120-day Comfort Guarantee. After 30 Days customers have to refer to the manufacturer for warranty issues. No returns, refunds, or exchanges apply. Adjustable bases come with standard leg sizes that vary from one manufacturer to another. Mattress Kings offers a large selection of adjustable bases to meet our customer’s needs. Mattress Kings does not carry a selection of leg sizes; customers must refer to the manufacturer for the purchase of different leg sizes.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All items given on promotion are non-refundable. This includes frames, pillows, bed protectors, and/or adjustable bases. If an order is canceled the full price of the promotional item must be paid.

PRICE PROTECTION GUARANTEE

We at Mattress King strive to make you feel confident about shopping with us. If you find that another store has the same mattress you purchased at a lower price, we have a 120-day Price Protection Guarantee, where all you have to do is call us at 1-888-708-5464 and we will make sure your claim is corroborated. If we find that the price is indeed lower, then we will refund you the difference within 7-10 business days. Special orders, box springs/foundations, clearance items, floor models, mattress protectors, and pillows are NOT covered by our 120 Day Price Protection Guarantee.
