What are the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI system requirements?

The Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI system requires:

A 110-240v power adapter (included)

2.4GHz Wi-Fi router connected to an active home Internet

An iOS device operating on OS 12.0 or later or an Android device operating on OS 8.0 or later.

What is the Sleeptracker®-AI Sleep Coach?

The Sleeptracker®-AI sleep coach in the app generates a personal sleep rating each night (for up to two individual sleepers).

The app tracks improvement over time and offers easy-to-implement, personal sleep tips based on an analysis of individual sleep patterns.

The advice is always informed by your personal sleep behavior.

Your sleep coach may react to something that worked really well like hitting your sleep goal or a high percentage of deep sleep. You will get tips that have the potential to raise your sleep quality rating in the coming nights.

Which smart home devices are compatible with the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI app?

The Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI app is compatible with the following smart home devices:

Any Amazon Alexa-enabled device — just set up the Sleeptracker®-AI skill in your Amazon Alexa app. This includes smart speakers like the Amazon Echo and Echo Dot, any other Alexa-enabled devices in your home, as well as third-party smart home products that include speakers, televisions, appliances, etc.

Any Google Assistant-enabled device — just set up the Sleeptracker®-AI skill in your Google Assistant app. This includes smart speakers and connected home devices like Google Home and Nest, any other Google Assistant-enabled devices in your home, as well as third-party smart home products that include speakers, televisions, appliances, etc.
Additionally, the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI app is compatible with all mobile phones and tablets running Android OS 8.0 (released in 2017) or iOS 12 (released in 2018) and later.

You can ask any of these devices Sleeptracker®-AI-related questions, including "Ask Sleeptracker how I slept last night" or "Ask Sleeptracker to set my bed to the TV position."

Does the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®-AI system store sleep data for both my partner and myself?

Yes, you and your partner will each have unique Sleeptracker®-AI accounts that monitor and store sleep data.

During the app setup, you will be asked to specify which side of the bed you sleep on, allowing the system to distinguish you from your partner.

If you switch sides of the bed, simply update this information in the app at Menu > My Sleeptracker Monitor > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Change Your Side of Bed.

What if I have a pet that sleeps on the bed?

Generally, the Sleeptracker®-AI sensors are designed to ignore pets at the foot of the bed and should not affect your heart rate or respiratory rate data, but if the pet gets up and move during the night, it could affect the recorded data.

At Menu > My Sleeptracker® Monitor > Bed & Sleeper Status > Bed Type & Profile, ensure that you have “Yes” selected for "Do you allow Pets in Your Bed?"

How are mattresses/foundations/power bases delivered?

We use an in-home delivery service to deliver these products. Once you place your order, they will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is typically within a few weeks from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas. When they deliver your new bed, they will set it up in your bedroom and remove the packing materials. They will even remove your old mattress and box spring, unless you ask them not to.

Will your power base fit inside my existing bed frame?

We have found that the power bases fit inside most modern bed frames. However, they may not fit inside antique bed frames or other non-standard frames. We recommend you measure the inside of the bed frame and compare to the measurements below to be sure the power base will fit.*TEMPUR-Cloud® ships via UPS Ground and does not include in-home set-up or mattress removal services.

What is the weight limit of your power base?

Our power bases support up to 650 lbs. each (Twin, Twin Long, Double, Queen, and Split/Dual CA King bases).

All power bases will structurally support the recommended weight distributed evenly across the head and foot sections. Power base products are not designed to support or lift this amount of weight in the head or foot sections alone.

Can I use two remotes with one adjustable base?

For Twin, Twin XL, Full/Double, Queen, and King size power bases, you cannot pair two separate remotes with the one power base. If you purchase a Split King or Split California King power base, your base will come with two separate remotes as each side can function individually.

We chose this frame because I felt that the base is as important a the mattress for comfort. We are still learning it because it has only been a month. I do like having the sleep tracker so I can go over my sleep patterns each morning. We have it set for shake upon snoring. So far it has definitely worked.
Great "accessory" type item
This is something extra to have, and definitely something you do not need. I would say if you have the money for it, then get it as it can be useful and beneficial here and there, but I would skip it if that money can be used for a better mattress, pillow, blanket, and bed sheets. The Sleeptracker was one of the features that impressed me the most because of how accurate it can be. I do not pay much attention to the way that it "scores" your sleep, but the information on how long you slept and what kind of sleep is interesting to have. But, again, just something extra that is not needed. Being able to control the bed frame through the phone app was also a big plus.
So many great features, high quality.
My wife and I love it! The base is really well-made and the assembly process was pretty smooth (minus some minor order tracking gaps with the logistics provider but nothing serious). I never realized how much more comfortable an adjustable leg and headrest could be - great for watching TV or reading in bed. The smart features are also super cool. The remote is really convenient, and originally I thought the app would be a simple gimmick but the sleep reports and reminders are actually really detailed and helpful. I didn't even realize all the features the base came with until we started playing with it (underlighting, USB ports)! Overall this thing is stable, easy, and has loads of extra features. I never thought I'd use half the extra features, but turns out they're surprisingly useful.
